About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of software engineers. This is a completely remote, online position, allowing flexibility for trainers from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Java, front-end and back-end development, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full stack development training programs covering Python, Java, front-end frameworks (React, Angular), and back-end technologies (Spring Boot, Django, Flask) in an online learning environment.
• Conduct virtual hands-on workshops and guide learners through real-world full stack projects.
• Design curriculum and learning materials tailored to industry needs.
• Stay updated with the latest full stack development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and professionals through online sessions.
• Collaborate with industry experts to ensure practical and relevant remote training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Django, Flask, Spring Boot, and cloud-based full stack solutions.
• Proficiency in database management (SQL, NoSQL), API development, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills.
• Prior experience in online teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus.
