As a Liaison Architect in the Real Estate industry, your core responsibility is to ensure regulatory compliance, acquire all necessary permits and sanctions, and act as the central coordinator between government bodies, internal teams, and project stakeholders for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Liaison & Approvals

Coordinate with authorities such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, Town Planning, MIDC, MOEF, AAI, MSEDCL, NHAI, RERA, and Revenue Departments.

Secure NOCs, permits, and sanctions for building plans, environmental clearances, fire safety, aviation, and utilities.

Ensure projects comply with municipal regulations, environmental standards, and DCR guidelines.

Handle land use changes, zoning approvals, and property documentation.

Architectural & Regulatory Compliance

Prepare and submit architectural drawings, building plans, and master layouts per government norms.

Draft Feasibility Reports for management decisions.

Ensure strict adherence to NBC, UDCPR, and RERA regulations.

Provide regulatory guidance to the design team.

Collaborate with legal teams for title verification and land compliance.

Coordinate site visits for regulatory authority inspections.

Coordination & Documentation

Work with structural engineers, town planners, surveyors, and legal advisors.

Maintain a well-organized database of approvals, agreements, and compliance records.

Follow up with authorities and consultants to expedite approval timelines.

Prepare status reports and presentations for management review.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the single point of contact between the company and regulatory bodies.

Work with internal teams, project managers, and external consultants to facilitate approvals.

Identify and resolve any regulatory roadblocks affecting project timelines.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate liaison and approvals.

Proven experience with regulatory clearances and municipal processes.

In-depth knowledge of Pune Development Plan, UDCPR, and real estate norms.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely regulatory approvals.
