Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI & Analytics Engineer to join our digitalization team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and visualization using Power BI, along with expertise in MS SQL, Oracle DB, and Python. This role is crucial in providing actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources, including MS SQL and Oracle DB, into Power BI.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and other relevant tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all analytics solutions.
• Track and manage all projects using Jira and GitHub.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and data analytics.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle DB, and Python.
• Experience in data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Jira and GitHub for project management.
