oles and Responsibilities:
Receive Order Intimation Form from the marketing department along with Purchase order correspondence.
Scrutinize the order details and participate in contract and design reviews.
Coordinate with customers through the marketing department for any deviations and initiate Purchase order amendments.
Attend Kick-off Meetings to establish interdepartmental execution timelines.
Drive the Design and QC departments to prepare GA drawings, data sheets, QAP, and obtain customer approvals.
Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments, ensure necessary revisions, and resubmit approved documents.
Coordinate with the marketing department to claim advance payments as per purchase order terms and ensure full payment collection as per contract terms.
Ensure timely release of advance intimation and Job packets as committed during Kick-off Meetings.
Collaborate with the Central Planning department to obtain and update progress schedules for order execution communicated to customers.
Obtain pro-rata payments from customers by submitting required documentation.
Arrange inspection and coordinate with customers or third-party agencies post-manufacturing completion.
Obtain dispatch clearance from customers, prepare invoices, and manage material dispatch.
Submit Pro-forma Invoices and ensure pre-dispatch payments from customers.
Ensure release of LC from customers prior to dispatch.
Coordinate with the Accounts department to obtain Performance Bank Guarantees and submit them to customers for retention payment.
Arrange transportation, prepare invoices, and manage material dispatch.
Submit dispatch documents to customers and follow up for payments.
Coordinate and organize erection and commissioning activities with the Field Service department.
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of different types of Bank guarantees.
Familiarity with LC documentation.
Understanding of Packing Slip, LR, and E-way Bill processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
