Job Title: Assistant Manager - Quality for Interior Design and Sanitary Ware

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance processes for interior design projects and sanitary ware products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials and finished products to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement quality control measures during the design and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for quality assurance protocols, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Analyze quality metrics and feedback to devise strategies for continuous improvement in product design and functionality.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality assessment techniques and best practices in interior design and sanitary ware.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials meets established standards.
• Facilitate problem resolution and escalations related to quality issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies in interior design and sanitary ware sectors.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards relevant to design and sanitation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective quality solutions.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance within the interior design or sanitary ware industry.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance related to interior design and sanitary ware products.
