Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - South Sanitary Ware Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market share and drive revenue growth in the sanitary ware segment within the designated region.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adapting sales approaches accordingly.

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance against targets and recommending adjustments as needed.

  • Training & Development: Organize product training sessions for the sales team and clients to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize the sales process.

  • Budget Management: Manage regional sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Required Skills:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record in sales management, particularly in the sanitary ware or related construction industry.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.

  • Analytical Acumen: Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on sanitary ware or similar products.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitary ware products, industry standards, and construction processes is highly desirable.

  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support sales initiatives and client relationships.
