Assistant Manager -Taxation

? Conduct GST Audits & Assessments and ensure regular compliance.
? Ensure timely submission of GST compliance filings.
? Manage TDS/TCS compliances.
? Oversee allied compliances such as PF, Professional Tax (PTAX), ESIC, and Shop Establishment Act.
? Handle Income Tax Return compliances.
? Ensure timely filing of 15CA/CB forms.
? Continuously update knowledge on tax laws and implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
? Monitor and ensure adherence to changing tax laws and regulations.
? Manage and coordinate tax audits, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
? Assist in developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
? Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
? Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to integrate tax planning into the overall financial strategy.

? Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, offering guidance and support in daily operations.
? Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all tax-related activities.
? Prepare and present regular reports on tax compliance and planning to senior management.
? Liaisioning with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

What We Expect of You Essential
Educational & Functional Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master?s degree or semi qualified Chartered Accountant is preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
? In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
? Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft EXCEL.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Experiences
? Handled GST Audit in individual capacity.
? Familiarity with ERP systems.
? Excellent in MS EXCEL
