Notary Signing Agent Services (https://notarysigningagentservices.com) is now seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Remote Mobile Notary Signing Agent in the U.S. JOB TYPES: Full-Time RESPONSIBILITIES: Document Authentication: Verify and notarize documents, ensuring their authenticity and compliance with legal requirements. Digital Reporting: Record and report on digital events, transactions, and legal proceedings, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Remote Notarization: Conduct notarization using secure digital platforms, maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of notarization and digital reports, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to coordinate notarization and reporting services, providing clear instructions and support. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Mobile Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for notarization, document management, and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and reporting on digital transactions or events. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in notarizing documents and preparing digital reports. Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to notarization, remote notarization, and digital reporting. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance the dual responsibilities of notarization and digital reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary software.
