JOB TYPE: FT/PT; Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen. ? RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Communicate effectively at all times with customers and team members. ? Effectively and professionally answer inbound calls. ? Support company growth and project completion. ? Efficiently overcome objectives to close sales. ? Diligently work with Leads to ensure all needs are met and all eligible products are discussed and offered. ? Ensure data is accurate and entered quickly as needed during calls. ? Guarantee that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: ? Authorized to work in the U.S. Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. ? Valid and Active Health insurance license. ? Minimum six months sales experience. ? High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum, the more education the better. ? Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared). ? Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications. ? Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment. ? Strong customer service orientation. ?Salary ranges: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Requirements: Computer, High-speed Internet access and a home office set-up.
