Your Tasks

• ? Make quick and accurate decisions about content
• ? Support users via phone, email, chat, and social media
• ? Assist merchants with questions about products and services
• ? Share ideas to improve customer experience
• ? Collaborate with other teams like Sales and Marketing

What We?re Looking For

• ?Proficiency in German
• ?? English level B2/C1 ? You?ll need to write reports and understand team communication
• ? Calm under pressure ? You?re quick, confident, and comfortable with repetitive work
