Your Job

You?ll assist customers with all sorts of questions?from setting up their products to solving technical problems?through phone, email, chat, and social media.

Your Tasks

• ? Talk with customers ? by phone, email, chat & social platforms
• ? Answer questions ? about lighting products, services, and procedures
• ?? Give technical support ? before and after a product is purchased
• ? Log cases ? record details of each customer issue
• ? Solve problems ? and pass complex ones to senior support when needed
• ? Work with your teammates ? to resolve support tickets efficiently
• ? Manage your own task list ? and follow guidance from your manager
• ? Give feedback ? to help us improve how we work
