Your Tasks

• ? Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
• ?? Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell)
• ? Support with bookings and post-booking questions
• ? Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more
• ? Assist travel agents with managing bookings

What We?re Looking For

• ?Proficiency in German and a good level of English both written and spoken
• ? Experience in sales ? a must!
• ?? Background in tourism or travel agencies ? big plus
• ? Customer service or call center experience ? preferred
• ?? Good digital skills and attention to detail
• ? Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
• ?? Strong communication skills, written and spoken
