Buscamos un DataOps Senior para liderar operaciones de datos en el sector financiero. El rol requiere experiencia en la gestión de data lakes , automatización, gobierno de datos y cumplimiento regulatorio. Trabajo Remoto con un día a la semana presencial (México - Monterrey). Pago en dólares en modalidad contractor.

Responsabilidades Principales: 1- Arquitectura & Implementación Diseñar e implementar pipelines de datos utilizando AWS DMS y Glue . Desarrollar arquitectura de lagos de datos cumpliendo normativas ( CNBV, WAS, CIS ). Implementar controles de seguridad con AWS KMS y Macie . Crear procesos ETL/ELT escalables.

2- Gobierno & Cumplimiento Implementar políticas de gobierno de datos con AWS DataZone . Gestionar accesos y seguridad en entornos multi-cuenta. Diseñar estrategias de retención y archivado de datos. Implementar controles de auditoría y compliance.

3- Liderazgo Técnico Brindar mentoría a perfiles DataOps Mid y Junior . Definir mejores prácticas y estándares operativos. Coordinar con equipos de arquitectura y seguridad. Gestionar incidentes críticos.

Competencias Clave Técnicas: ETL/ELT Enterprise DataOps Gobierno de Datos Seguridad y Cumplimiento Metodológicas: CI/CD para datos Frameworks DataOps Gestión Ágil de Datos Gestión de Riesgos Certificaciones Requeridas AWS Solutions Architect Professional AWS Data Analytics Specialty o Data Engineer Expertise Técnico: Gestión y Orquestación de Datos: AWS DMS: Diseño y Migraciones complejas. AWS Glue: Workflows ETL/ELT a nivel empresarial. Apache Airflow / AWS Step Functions: Orquestación de pipelines. Gobierno y Seguridad: Lake Formation: Implementación de políticas de seguridad y gobierno.

AWS DataZone: Catalogación y gobernanza. AWS KMS & Macie: Seguridad y (DLP). IAM & AWS Organizations: Accesos y multi-cuenta. CloudTrail & CloudWatch: Monitoreo, auditoría y cumplimiento normativo.

Herramientas y Lenguajes: Python & PySpark: Desarrollo, transformación y optimización de jobs ETL. SQL: Optimización y tuning. Terraform/CloudFormation: Infraestructura como código y automatización empresarial. Git: Preferible GitHub.

Shell Scripting: Automatización. Gestión de Costos y Almacenamiento: Amazon S3: Optimización de costos y estrategias de ciclo de vida. AWS Redshift: Diseño dimensional y optimización de rendimiento. ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
Analyze alerts, assist with threat triage, and escalate risks to the appropriate teams
Participate in incident response-note-taking, evidence collection, and investigation summaries
Help identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen our cybersecurity posture
