Video Editor (Remote)  We''re seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and brand campaigns.

You''ll collaborate closely with a team to deliver polished videos that align with brand tone and strategy.

What You''ll Be Doing: Social Media Video Editing: Edit compelling videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.

Enhance Visuals: Add engaging captions, seamless transitions, and dynamic motion graphics as needed.

Refine Audio Color: Perform color correction and audio mixing to ensure high-quality presentation.

Multi-Format Adaptation: Create various aspect ratios (vertical, square, horizontal) from single video assets.

Asset Organization: Maintain a well-organized library of video assets within Google Drive.

Timely Delivery Upload: Deliver edited content on schedule and upload to Trello for internal reviews.

Feedback Implementation: Efficiently collaborate on edit feedback rounds and apply necessary changes.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media editing trends, styles, and pacing.

Who You Are: 2+ years of video editing experience (UGC, branded, or agency preferred).

Knowledge of and experience with the Canadian market (a plus!).

Skilled in creating motion graphics with After Effects or CapCut/Descript-level alternatives.

Familiar with Trello or another project management tool.

Possesses a strong grasp of storytelling, editing pacing, and current trends.

Experience working with content creators or digital marketing teams is a plus.

Excited by content – passionate about storytelling, social trends, and editing.
