Job Summary:

Were after a Mid-Senior Wayfinding Designer with 5+ years of experience in wayfinding and/or placemaking. Youve cut your teeth in architectural or design studios, tackling large-scale projectsthink transport, commercial, urban spaces, universities, hospitals etc. This isnt just a job; its a chance to fuse wayfinding strategy and experience tools into something that improves experiences and becomes unforgettable. While wayfinding and placemaking will be your playground, youll flex your skills across our interdisciplinary studio as we keep growing. Youll work hand-in-hand with the team, owning projects from bold concepts to polished tender docs. Expect to lead, inspire, and get stuck into the detailsalways with an eye on delivering design that moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive wayfinding, placemaking, and experience design projects with guts and grit, balancing creativity with commercial smarts.
  • Lead concept and design phases on killer projects, collaborating with the team and external playersclients included.
  • Own client meetings, workshops, and presentations like a pro.
  • Mentor and guide our grads, helping them shine as part of the BEST family.
  • Champion ideasyours and othersfiltering the gold and pushing it forward.
  • Keep our project tools humming and workflows tight from start to finish.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • 5+ years in wayfinding and/or placemakingstrategy, documentation, and big-picture wins under your belt.
  • A brain buzzing with conceptual brillianceyou dream big and back it up with execution.
  • A hawks eye for detail and a heart for Human-Centred Design.
  • Confidence to coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients alike.
  • Killer communicationwritten, spoken, and everything in between.
  • A proactive vibe, a love for collaboration, and a passion for design that dares to disrupt.
Tools of the Trade
  • Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)youre a wizard with these.
  • Signagent Bonus points, but not a dealbreaker.
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)youve got this covere
Additional Job Details:
  • Set-up and Location: Onsite/WFH/HYBRID
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AEST | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
  • Employment Type: Full-time
