Solutions Support Admin (AU IT Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years experience in software/hardware IT or technical support role
• Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL tables, queries, stored procedures, power queries.
• Experienced network architecture and industry standards.
• Expertise in appropriate industry standard applications (Desktop applications)
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent (IT, Industry, or related Degree)
• Bachelor''s degree in a related technical field (IT, CS, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent

Nice to Have:

• Possesses good working knowledge of software development methods, tools, testing, and understands architect software solutions to achieve the aims and objectives of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of database support and maintenance principles.
• Practical knowledge of modern IT architecture- TCP/IP networks, hosted applications, virtual vs physical hosts, operating systems, common communication protocols, etc.
• Proficient at developing SQL solutions and queries - particularly in Microsoft SQL Server (tables, queries, stored procedures, power queries) and Microsoft Access, Excel.
• Highly proficient in developing reports using PowerBI.

What will you do?

Technical Support, Communication Operations

• Install of Business Services enabling technologies and provide support to customers.
• Provide support to effectively resolve technical issues / problems to the highest levels of quality and satisfaction of key stakeholders, including escalation of critical issues and bugs to appropriate support resources.
• Become the trusted technical advisor on Business Services technologies for internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business, to achieve required outcomes.
• Ensure documentation is created and maintained.
• Exhibit excellent team working skill and the ability to work independently.
• Adherence to Technical Solutions Team best practices manual.
• Prioritise workload, to meet expected/agreed time frames and deadlines.

• Manage customer expectations
• Provide Customer Service in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, develop and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers
• Identify repeat occurrences of customer problems and queries; monitor, develop and implement action plans to achieve permanent solutions
