Job Description: Training Specialist - Medical Coding

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Training Specialist - Medical Coding to work onsite in Taguig.

Responsibilities:

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training activities at Shearwater Health. This includes planning, assessing, organizing, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating all training programs and activities, such as New Hire Training, Compliance Trainings, Refresher Courses, Specialty Trainings, Continuing Education, Cross-Trainings, and more. They will create interactive and effective training presentations and maintain the Shearwater Health Training Library by creating and organizing documents. Additionally, the Training Specialist will work closely with the Operations and Quality Assurance teams to analyze performance feedback and resolve issues.

License Needed: PHRN

Certification Needed: CCS/CIC/CPC/BHHC Coding Certification (IP/OP ED/Profee)

Skillset: Blended (Voice and Non-Voice)

Experience Needed: At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Training, Clinical Instruction, or Coding, or relevant expertise

Work Schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if required by the business (including weekends, night shifts, and holidays)

Work Setup: On-site
