Job Description
Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with a minimum of 5 years industry experience with great Revit skills to join our dynamic team.
With a strong focus on collaboration and creativity, you will work alongside our talented architects and designers to bring our clients'' visions to life.

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and design documentation to support the design and construction process using Revit.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or Designer, preferably in a design studio or architectural practice
  • Strong technical drafting skills and the ability to translate conceptual designs into detailed, accurate drawings
  • A passion for design, innovation, and delivering exceptional quality work
  • A high level of proficiency in Revit is a must.
  • Enscape software experience is an advantage

  • Set-up and Location: Hybrid (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu)
  • Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (ACST) | 7:30AM to 4:30PM (PH)
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
