The Role Job Title: HR Staff (Recruitment and Payroll) Location: Davao, Philippines Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Staff member with a strong background in recruitment and payroll to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience in HR functions and possess a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and handling payroll tasks, ensuring timely and accurate compensation and benefits for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. Coordinate with department heads to determine staffing needs and assist with workforce planning.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to source potential candidates. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment progress. Payroll Administration: Process payroll for employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Handle deductions, tax computations, benefits administration, and generate payslips.

Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies. Keep accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime. Employee Records Compliance: Ensure that employee records are maintained in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in preparing reports on HR activities for management review.

Support the HR team in various administrative functions as required. Ideal Profile Qualifications: Education: Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll. Skills: Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations in the Philippines. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Location: The candidate must be a resident of Davao or willing to relocate. What''s on Offer?
