What Youll Be Doing Follow up on inbound leads and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks Research and reach out to potential clients by phone, email, LinkedIn, or other creative ways Create prospect lists and target the right people in the right companies Make cold calls sound warm and engaging Set up qualified meetings for our business development team Nurture leads by providing useful information until theyre ready for the next step Collaborate with marketing and sales to keep messaging aligned Keep track of your outreach and activity in our CRM Requirements What Were Looking For 6 months to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role Experience with offshoring or managed service providers is a strong advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections A curious mindset and interest in how businesses operate Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required The Details Location: Office-based in Ortigas, Pasig City Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) or 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time) Employment type: Full-time All interviews and onboarding are done virtually. Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
