Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, AEST time

Salary range: Up to $2,000 AUD/month

Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you''ll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: Youll be joining a group of Australian-owned companies (4 companies), all led by the same director, operating in the chemical, logistics, and manufacturing space.

Company 1 currently not in need of marketing, but worth keeping on your radar.

Company 2 a chemical transport business in South Australia with big potential for targeted digital marketing.

Company 3 a full-service logistics provider specialising in contract warehousing, container unloading, 3PL/4PL storage, and heavy vehicle transport.

Company 4 a global player in water treatment, supplying systems, chemicals, and equipment to mining and industrial clients across Asia, Africa, and South America.

This role will focus on building and running marketing strategies that work across the group.

Role Overview: Were on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows their way around strategy, content, ads, and analytics. Youll be the go-to person for driving digital campaigns that actually convert not just look good on a dashboard. If youre someone who loves combining creativity with data, and youre all about getting results (without the corporate nonsense), wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimise campaigns for performance think ROAS, CTRs, CPLs (and all the other good stuff)
  • Manage our website content (WordPress or Shopify) and keep SEO in top shape
  • Lead our email marketing automation, segmentation, and regular comms
  • Track results using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM tools
  • Work with design and content folks to create engaging assets
  • Stay across digital trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong across paid ads, organic social, SEO, and email marketing
  • Sharp with numbers you can read data, spot trends, and know what to do next
  • Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and SEMrush.
  • Solid project management skills you keep things moving and nothing slips through the cracks
  • Clear communicator written and verbal
