Position: Application Support Specialist Company Industry: BPO Industry Work Location: Taguig City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift | Hybrid Salary: Php80,000 gross (Negotiable) Job responsibilities: To evaluate and document business processes, functional and reporting requirements. Coordinate Code Reviews, UATs and sign-offs on artifacts and deliverables, participate in system release planning and rollouts. Share technical and functional CA PPM expertise with the team as and when required. Participate in CA PPM software, upgrades and necessary patches, CA add-ins and accelerators. Learn and acquire skill through various channels as and when required. Job requirements; Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; educational concentration in a computer-based discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics) is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in IT mainly software development background with support analyst experience. 3-5 years of experience working on CA PPM v15.x or higher version. Detailed knowledge of the CA PPM module e.g. Project management, Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Financial Management etc. Create, enhance and support integrations between Clarity and other systems. Working experience in Portlets, GEL Scripting, NSQL, XOG Experience working with SQL programming and oracle database Experience in Data warehouse setup and Jasper reports development. Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Possess leadership skill, eager to learn and excellent team player. Other options - HP PPM, Planview, JIRA,MS Project, Primavera, JasperSoft, SQL tools etc. |
