MILLER For Flour and Feeds Carry-Out milling activities, packing operations from start-up, transfer, up to packing and ensure packing rates are achieve Check product quality, packaging integrity, and ticket codes in collaboration with quality control. Perform premix-man activities, based on production schedule Conduct and record inventory and raw material consumption as per schedule, implementing FIFO/FEFO Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a flour mill preferred Minimum educational background is with Diploma and/or Vocational Course related to the field of Engineering and Food Science. Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming/Instrumentation and Science Related Courses (e.g. Chemical engineering/Chemistry, Food Science/Technologist) is an advantage Knowledge of flour manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance preferred Ability to operate various types of machinery and heavy equipment preferred OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN Operate production machine; set-up the process machine / equipment to be used for production, including its maintenance Check periodically if production operation parameters are being met Carry-out operational troubleshooting as needed Request raw and packaging materials in accordance with production plan Monitor physical count of raw and packaging materials from time to time Submit all necessary reports such as production and packaging report, packaging report, and external/auxiliary report as needed At least 1 year experience as Technician in plant operation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Graduate of any Engineering and Food Science courses; has a Diploma and/or Vocational related course Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER Responsible for the scheduling, implementation, coordination and control of all day-to-day and operational activities Create, review and ensure sustained implementation of standard operating procedures and key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of process to attain business objectives. Ensure that operation facilities, machines, and equipment are used and maintained correctly and efficiently at all times Perform risk identification and assessment in all aspects of line operations and develop a strategic risk management/action plan for the operations At least 5 years experience in plant operation Graduate of any Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory Ensures on time and accurate recording of stock movements on a daily basis. Monitors Incoming and Outgoing deliveries and encode details to the OTIF report Implement warehouse protocols to secure and preserve assets At least 3 years experience in plant operation Graduate of any Engineering or other business related courses Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao WAREHOUSE CHECKER Supports daily warehouse operation, monitor and control stocks inventories Ensure that stocks received are properly stored in the warehouse in compliance to FIFO/FEFO in putting away the stocks on the location. Maintain adequacy and effectiveness of methods, safety and operating procedures, tools, equipment and within the scope of responsibility Minimum of 1 year experience handling warehouse and logistics Graduate of any 4-year related courses Willing to be assigned in the following Plant sites: Luzon: Manila, Bataan/ Visayas: Iloilo / Mindanao: Davao ROAD TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR Manage road transport operations Oversee trucking system to monitor movements and delivery of transport vehicles are delivered and received in good condition. Manage relationship with service providers, third party contracts and developing new business opportunities Oversees the road transport operations as well as scheduling and assigning warehouse personnel on scheduled shift to achieve the set production schedules. Minimum of 1 year experience.. |
