Business Analyst- SAP MM

Job Description Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. SAP MM Implementation and Configuration: Lead and support the implementation of SAP MM module within SAP S/4HANA, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Perform detailed analysis of business processes, identify requirements, and provide SAP MM solutions tailored to client needs. Configure and customize SAP MM functionalities such as procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification. 2. Integration and Optimization: Ensure the successful integration of SAP MM with other S/4HANA modules (SD, WM, FICO, etc.) and external systems. Identify opportunities to optimize SAP MM processes for improved efficiency and reduced costs. 3. Business Process Improvement: Work closely with business users to understand their requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and suggest improvements to business processes. Drive the automation of manual processes within the SAP MM landscape to improve operational efficiency. 4. User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper adoption of the system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM configuration and functionality. 5. Testing and Documentation: Develop and execute test scripts to validate system configurations and processes. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. 6. Upgrade and Migration: Assist in the upgrade or migration of legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA MM. Participate in the data migration process, ensuring data integrity and consistency. 7. Client Interaction and Project Management: Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project status updates. Coordinate with project teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Educational Background : Masters degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience : Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM. Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Experience in at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation (preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments). Experience in testing and supporting SAP solutions in a live production environment. Business Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of the core business processes within Material Management. Experience working with business users to translate their needs into SAP functionality. Knowledge of supply chain optimization practices, lean manufacturing, and logistics best practices. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience : Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries with a focus on supply chain optimization. Grow with SAP (Public Cloud) experience would be an added advantage.
