Educational Qualification:

Minimum: Graduate/Postgraduate

Preferred: Commerce / Business Management graduates

Shift Timings: US working hours.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Execute financial transactions accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines and timelines.
2. Maintain and update records in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
3. Assist clients with inquiries and issues related to their accounts or transactions, providing excellent customer service.
4. Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Skills:

1. Basic understanding of financial services industry.
2. Proficiency in Oral & written communication,
3. Eye for Detail
4. Analytical Skills
5. Computer proficiency - MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook and other customized applications
