IT Help Desk Specialist (EUR Manufacturing, Hybrid)

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00AM- 5:00PM CET, must be open to Rotational Shift)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a Help Desk Specialist position or any related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing Help Desk Software and Remote Support tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365, Windows 10/11, Office applications, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

    • Nice to Have:

  • Fluency in English is highly valued and knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Industry

    • What will you do?

  • Responding to customer service technical calls by fielding and promptly answering detailed service questions and offering remote assistance to resolve customer problems and faults.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs. Proactively following up with customers to resolve any technical issues they may have.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
  • Continuously expand and enhance your understanding of help desk procedures, products, and services.
