Executive Assistant to the CEO (Multi-Venture Focus)

About the Role

Were looking for a high-performance Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO across multiple fast-growing businesses from STAFFVIRTUAL (outsourcing and BPO) to STRANHOUSE (luxury hospitality) and help launch new ventures along the way.

This is not a typical EA role. Youll be a true right hand managing priorities, owning projects, protecting time, and helping drive growth across multiple companies. Youll work at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution, making an impact from day one.

What You''ll Do

• Own the CEOs Calendar Inbox: Prioritize what matters, move fast on whats urgent, and keep everything flowing smoothly.
• Manage Across Companies: Juggle schedules, tasks, meetings, and priorities between STAFFVIRTUAL, STRANHOUSE, and future startups.
• Be a Project Manager: Drive initiatives forward. Track deadlines, chase deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support New Business Launches: From research to launch plans, help bring new ventures to life.
• Prep for Success: Own meeting agendas, briefing notes, research, and follow-ups.
• Handle Personal Projects: Support select personal matters with the same energy and discretion you bring to business tasks.
• Travel Planning: Coordinate detailed, efficient travel across the US, Asia, and beyond.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role
• Startup or founder-support experience preferred
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent hustle
• Based anywhere, but flexible hours are a must (we work across time zones)
• Impeccable English (written and spoken)
