Work Schedule: 40 hrs / week (Australian Timezone, YES!, that means day shift here in the Philippines!)

Salary: 1500 - 1800 AUD / Month (Depends on the client assessment)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Who The Client Is:

The client is a small design-led award-winning architecture practice based in Australia, focusing on creating thoughtful, atmospheric, and well-crafted residential and small commercial projects.

Role Overview:

Were on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician/Draftsperson to join a small, design-driven architecture studio. Youll play a key role in translating creative concepts into accurate, detailed documentation using Revit. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a thoughtful, collaborative team on projects shaped by light, material, and context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including:

1. General arrangement plans (1:50)
2. Sections (1:20)
3. Elevations (1:100)
4. Construction details (1:5/1:10)
5. Door window schedules, FFE schedules

• Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
• Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
• Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment
• Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
• Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
• Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats (having this is a big plus!)
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas

• A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required
