Job Description:

The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist will assist in planning and executing online marketing initiatives and driving sales through various digital channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Support eCommerce platform management including uploading content and managing product listings.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and web traffic metrics.
  • Assist in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing material.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing and eCommerce trends.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Communications, or related field.
  • 2?3 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
