We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager to lead, develop, and implement our digital marketing and online sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving online growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategies across all brands.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
• Drive traffic, conversion, and sales across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead a team of digital marketing and community engagement specialists.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (merchandise, IT, finance, operations) to align digital efforts.
• Oversee the eCommerce customer experience, ensuring a seamless online shopping journey.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years? experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
