We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager Location: South Africa (Hybrid or Remote considered) Salary: Market-related | Half medical aid contribution included Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to digital marketing? We?re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist/Manager with a proven track record of delivering results through data-driven campaigns and smart digital execution. This role requires someone who can lead across multiple channels ? from paid media to SEO, CRO, email marketing, and beyond ? with confidence, creativity, and commercial insight. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and display).

Manage and optimise Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive ROI. Use tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to monitor, report, and enhance performance. Drive conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and digital assets. Lead remarketing and retargeting initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

Oversee content creation, including blogs, infographics, and video content. Manage social media marketing across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Execute and optimise email campaigns with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing. Create and edit graphics and videos for digital campaigns.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaign excellence. Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and techniques to ensure continuous innovation. Key Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 5 years? experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, PPC, and paid social. Proven ability to improve search rankings and drive quality traffic.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. Experience with Google Search Console, My Business, and Merchant Center. Skilled in managing large PPC budgets with focus on CPA and ROAS. Advanced analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Experience with email tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign. Proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (advantageous). Excellent copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and social content.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies. Solutions-oriented with a growth mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.

Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Experience in eCommerce or B2B lead generation environments. Understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimisation. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
