Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Technical Lead/Architect with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Design, implement, and lead the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy through solution design and architecture.
  • Oversee customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Model-Driven, Canvas, Portal Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team throughout project phases.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for development, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and HTML for customization and development within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Power BI and SSRS for reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and its role in data storage and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with API development and integration using REST, OData, and SOAP protocols.
  • Experience with security roles and permissions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
