Role Proficiency:

Ensuring adherence to test practices and process to improve test coverage

Outcomes:

1. Create Test Estimates and Schedules
2. Identify business processes conduct risk analysis and ensure test coverage
3. Ensure adherence of processes and standards
4. Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports for evidence of testing
5. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures

  10 Years of experience in functional testing Experience in automation testing is an added advantage Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional testing. Execute manual and automated tests for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Strong in Web testing and API testing Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation. Perform regression testing to ensure product stability. Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality. Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and communicate findings to the development team. Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in manual and automated testing techniques. Preferred Skills: Experience in testing web applications, particularly with Java and React frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of SQL and database testing. Experience in performance and load testing is an advantage
