Job Description Job Title: General Manager / DGM - Employee Experience Designer Salary : DGM Upto 35 LAC GM Upto 42 LAC Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Delhi Shift : Hybrid Experience: 12+ Years Education: Full-time MBA (HR) from a top-tier institute (BE + MBA preferred) About the Role: Cognizants IOA (Intelligent Operations and Automation) Employee Experience Enterprise Services team is seeking highly skilled and dynamic Employee Experience Designers. This is a strategic role for HR functional experts who are passionate about driving enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives and enhancing the end-to-end employee experience. You will act as a trusted HR advisor and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable HR solutions across the Hire to Retire lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, influence business outcomes, and shape future-ready HR operating models.

Key Responsibilities: Lead HR transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), ensuring seamless experiences for recruiters, candidates, employees, managers, and HR teams. Respond to client RFPs/RFIs and design impactful, tailored HR solutions. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business challenges and recommend actionable solutions leveraging HR process knowledge, Workday, and domain expertise. Facilitate and lead client workshops and feasibility studies focused on HR process and technology transformation.

Collaborate with internal and client teams to design, validate, and implement HR and Employee Experience solutions. Create compelling proposals and client presentations to articulate value propositions. Drive problem-solving and solution design initiatives through intellectual leadership and domain expertise. Monitor HR trends and thought leadership to continuously enhance client engagement and solution offerings.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: Full-time MBA (HR) from a premier B-school (BE + MBA preferred). 12+ years of total professional experience, with a strong background in HR transformation and consulting. In-depth knowledge of the Hire to Retire process. Hands-on experience with Workday Must Have.

Strong understanding of HR operating models, employee experience platforms, and HR technology ecosystems. Proven expertise in designing and delivering Employee Experience solutions Must Have. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, especially in ambiguous or unstructured environments.

Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience in HR consulting and large-scale HR project management. Proficiency in business analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering. Exposure to global HR transformation programs.
