Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Doha. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are passionate about delivering excellence, we want to hear from you!

• Drive sales and revenue targets across corporate, leisure, MICE, and government segments

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up

• Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and contract negotiations

• Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams on pricing, promotions, and strategy

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

• Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior leadership

What We?re Looking For:

• 3?5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the 5-star or luxury segment

• Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred)

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Opera, Delphi, or similar

• Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused

• Valid Qatari driver?s license is an advantage
