REMOTE Senior ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within a defined timeframe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into efficient and scalable ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within the specified contract period.

1. ServiceNow Development: Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs during the contract period, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform within the defined project timeline.
3. Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to enhance system functionality and user experience within the contract period.
4. Integration: Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation within the project timeframe.
5. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals, adhering to the project schedule.
6. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance within the stipulated contract period.
7. Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into development processes within the defined timeline.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform architecture.
