E-Commerce Optimization Specialist (AU Retail, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 2 years + Relevant certification/experience in Graphic Design and Content Creation
• Work experience in similar role an advantage.
• E-Commerce Content Creation Experience
• SEO Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Website Optimization

• CRM Software
• E-Commerce Experience

What will you do?

1. Online Growth Website Management

• Achieve online growth targets as per business strategy.
• Manage site content (homepages, product pages, etc.) and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Work with partners to optimise SEO through meta-tags, categorisation, and content.
• Monitor data transfers and maintain accurate pricing/product updates.
• Ensure all products are available online throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage personalisation and 3rd party marketplace content.

2. Digital Marketing Execution

• Lead and optimise SEM, SEO, social, and display campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners to set and review campaign metrics (CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Implement SEO strategy and manage SEO agency collaboration.
• Merchandise products with SEO-focused descriptions, images, and specs.

3. Technology Project Management

• Support digital and e-commerce projects (e.g., site re-platforming, API integrations).
• Assist in resource management and ensure projects are fiscally successful.

• Less focus on creative content production (e.g., video editing, graphic illustration, etc.).
• More emphasis on product content merchandising ensuring all online 2,000+ SKUs have the best images, descriptions, and attributes for Shopify.
• Management of 53 Google Business Profile stores ensuring accuracy, consistency, and local
• Strong eye for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) understanding how images, descriptions, and layouts impact sales.
