This is a remote position. Position Title: Afterhours Talent ConsultantWork Set-up: Work from Home Schedule: 2:00 AM 11:00 AM / 1:30 PM 10:30 PM (Shifting Schedule) Salary: Php 38,000 Php 43,000 + 1 Free HMO upon regularization The Afterhours Talent Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the Recruitment Teams by identifying, engaging, and shortlisting top-tier talent for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the recruitment process, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AFTERHOURS TALENT CONSULTANT ROLE OBJECTIVES Act as the point of contact for the Company division after hours. Respond to all calls and emails received after hours. Maintain a consistent conversion rate for all jobs. Meet individual OKRs and maximize candidate conversion. Ensure an efficient CV send time. Consistently achieve positive customer service feedback. Collaborate with recruitment teams to drive increased revenue. Your Responsibilities as a Afterhours Talent Consultant would be: Talent Sourcing Identification: o Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach) to identify potential candidates. o Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in line with client needs. o Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job opportunities. Candidate Engagement Assessment: o Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. o Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to recruitment consultants. Collaboration Teamwork: o Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates. o Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Internal Work, Health Safety Responsibilities: o Ensure a safe working environment and comply with Collar policies and procedures. o Immediately report any injuries, incidents, accidents, hazards, or near misses to management or the WHS team. WHS for On-Hire Labour External Placements: o Ensure all placements comply with WHS processes. o Report all injuries, incidents, accidents, and hazards to management and the WHS team immediately. o Work with the Return-to-Work Manager to ensure early return-to-work plans for injured employees. o Assist management with compliance checklists, reports, audits, and WHS training. Qualifications as Afterhours Talent Consultant: College graduate of any 4-year course Experience in a recruitment agency environment with a focus on resourcing or sourcing is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive and results-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. High level of integrity and professionalism. Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment. A team player with a collaborative approach.
