Location: Makati, Philippines Work Mode: Work From Office Role: OD Director SALARY B UDGET : 200K to 300K per month (depending on experience | non-negotiable) JOB DESCRIPTION : The OD Director will lead the design and implementation of strategic organizational development initiatives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness across McDonalds Philippines.

This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performing, values-driven culture that supports growth in a dynamic retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of any 4-5 year course Proven experience in OD leadership roles within retail or FMCG industries. Strong expertise in change management, talent development, and culture transformation. Strategic thinker with excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
