Customer Engagement Manager - Cardio

Ready to get started? Strategic context: The role is expected to contribute to the activation and amplification of the MCO franchise/ category/ brand strategy to deliver growth within a local market. Leverages some/many aspects of the Winning Way of Marketing and supports the delivery of insightful go-to-market execution aligned to global and MCO strategy. Collaborates cross-functionally and with agency partners to deliver impactful execution, aligned to global/MCO strategy. Contributes to a deep understanding of HCPs and patients along the experience journey and supports the amplification of relevant omni channel assets to deliver memorable go-to-market execution locally. Main responsibilities: Closely coordinate and work with MCO marketing to define brand strategies communications plans Achieve sales & profit objectives for assigned brands. Activate MCO strategies at country level based on local needs and dynamics. Localize relevant materials making sure they adhere to country regulations Fostera performance and purpose-driven culture, with greater impact for Patients and HCPs Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effectively the marketing plans. Collaborate proactively and transparently with all internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Strategic Development, Training, Events Management, EBI, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) Implement a holistic strategic customer engagement plan aligned with MCO with the adequatemultichannel-engagementstrategy. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the marketplace and ensure that all relevant staff is made aware of any changes which may impact on the business. Attend to administrative matters in an accurate, timely and audit-compliant manner. Create a culture that fosters effective communication within and across teams, divisions, departments. Ensure a trusting environment with effective ways of working (focus, speed, quality), encouraging everyone to speak up, challenge the status quo and have a winning mindset Understand and adhere to companies procedures and policies by self and team members. Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, Regulations, Pharma code of conduct and ethical standards. Work with the training department to come up with the right learning and development strategy based on the business needs.
