Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding Vectrae Infotechs IT Solutions portfolio within the Corporate sector across assigned territories. This role includes managing regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in IT hardware sales and a proven record of regional business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 10+ years in IT hardware sales with 4+ years in a regional/team leadership role
  • Skills:
    • Strong track record in regional sales and revenue growth
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • In-depth knowledge of IT hardware solutions and market trends
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Work Experience with an IT System Integrator shall be an added advantage

Location: Delhi / NCR, New Delhi (with regional travel)
