Experience: 5-8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, scripting, and quality assurance methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Design and implement test frameworks and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and define test cases.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Conduct performance, regression, functional, and integration testing using automation tools.
• Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging test automation trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in QA Automation and software testing.
• Strong in C# Selenium
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) is a plus.
• Should be willing to work on challenging assignments and ambiguous problem areas.
• Be creative and innovative to improve efficiency and quality of work.
• Should have the enthusiasm to learn and apply new technological advancements in testing area.
• Able to provide end to end Testing solution.

• Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
• Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.

Communication:

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
