Job Title: MEP Foreman

Salary Range: 35,000 - 50,000 per month

Location: North Goa, Anjuna

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MEP Foreman to lead our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams on-site at our luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing MEP works in high-end residential projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all MEP works on site, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure MEP designs are integrated seamlessly with the overall project plan.
• Schedule and supervise the work of MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to MEP installations, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and codes related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead, motivate, and develop MEP team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEP project progress, budgets, and issues for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman or Supervisor, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations, with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
