Executive/Sr. Executive - HSE(Pharma), Corporate, Hyderabad

Job Description

1. Revision of HSE SOPs, guidelines and formats.

2. Preparation of new HSE SOPs and guidelines.

3. Raise, follow up and closure of document change controls and initiation of procedures.

4. Compilation and rolling out of the HSE & Sustainability MIS report on organization scale.

5. Implement HSE& Sustainability management systems at sites.

6. Guide sites on the initiatives taken in HSE for implementation.

7. Harmonization of systems and practices across the sites.

8. Governance of Process Map- HSE digital platform for data hygiene and update by the sites.

9. Build capability to the sites on the required topics like incident investigation, process map usage, etc.

10. Lead HSE & Sustainability digital initiatives and collaborate with IT team for successful implementation

11. Lead HSE related events like National Safety Day, Environment Day activities etc.

12. Raise Purchase Requests for HSE department and follow up for closure of the purchases.

13. Coordinate for HSE & Sustainability awards application, site assessment and document collection

and verification.

14. Conduct Industrial Hygiene governance calls to monitor progress on the exposure assessments and

related activities

15. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
