Project Manager Research -AI Strategy & Innovation Noida - 810 years


We are looking for a seasoned professional with 810 years of experience in Strategic Research, Innovation, and Consulting with strong exposure to AI use cases, productization, and internal process automation. If you have worked extensively across international markets, led insights-based projects, and have a flair for integrating AI into research and consulting workflows, this opportunity is for you.


Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading strategic initiatives and proof-of-concepts for AI adoption
  2. Identifying AI tools and evaluating feasibility for integration
  3. Collaborating with internal and client-facing teams to deploy innovation-based solutions
  4. Driving AI product development through research, ideation, and competitive landscaping
  5. Supporting go-to-market activities including thought leadership and client proposals
  6. Acting as an in-house SME and contributing to AI learning programs

Requirements:

  1. MBA/Postgraduate from a reputed institute
  2. 810 years of experience in research/insights/strategy across international markets
  3. Expertise in Primary Research (Quant & Qual), Desk Research, Process Innovation
  4. Exposure to AI tools, social listening, and analytics platforms
  5. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative thinking
