Location: [Bangalore / Pune/ Hyderabad]

About the Role:

Are you passionate about Governance, Risk, and Compliance? Do you have hands-on experience with ServiceNows GRC/IRM suite? Join our growing team as a ServiceNow GRC and IRM Specialist and help us drive risk-aware digital transformation for global clients.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead implementation and support for ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
  • Customize applications using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, and UI policies.
  • Define and implement risk frameworks, control testing, and compliance workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on integrations with CMDB, SecOps, and other tools.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support.

What Were Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and REST integrations.
  • Experience with risk frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred:
  • Certified Implementation Specialist GRC
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
