This small team includes Guardianship Workers, a Child, Youth, and Family Support Worker, and a Team Leader, who bring enthusiasm and a commitment to building meaningful relationships within the community. Comprised mostly of professionals new to the field, the team embraces progressive and innovative approaches to service delivery. They work creatively and collaboratively with all Ministry of Children and Family Development service teams, community agencies, and Indigenous Nations to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of children and youth. The Role The Guardianship Worker plays a vital role in developing and overseeing care plans that prioritize the safety, stability, and well-being of children and youth in care. From celebrating milestones to supporting permanency, your work will make a meaningful difference in their lives.
