Job Description

Diil Infrastructure is looking for an energetic and committed Junior Civil Engineer to assist in executing civil engineering projects. The candidate will support site activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with the senior engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and monitoring on-site construction activities
• Support in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources on-site
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams for smooth workflow
• Prepare daily site reports and update progress to the project manager
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance at the site
• Take measurements and assist in estimation and billing processes
• Report technical issues and escalate unresolved matters to senior engineers

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant on-site construction experience
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and documentation
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Languages:

• Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken & written)
