About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Flooring Specialist to join our team in the East Rand. This role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of resin flooring systems, their applications, and industry-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial flooring, particularly in resin-based systems, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair in high-demand environments such as factories, chemical plants, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Selection: Advise and select suitable flooring systems tailored to industrial demands including chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance.

• Installation Oversight: Lead the installation of epoxy, polyurethane, concrete, vinyl, and terrazzo floors in various industrial settings.

• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform ongoing floor inspections, repairs, resurfacing, and re-coating as required.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all flooring systems meet industry safety standards and building code regulations, including slip-resistance and heavy load endurance.

• Technical Consultation & Design: Provide input into the design and specification of flooring systems to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in resin flooring systems

• Hands-on expertise with epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious, and vinyl systems

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and flooring compliance

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs

• Proven team leadership on installation projects

• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills

• Valid driver?s license (required for company car use)
