Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with outsourcing partners.

• Support project bidding and execution as part of the outsourcing procurement team.

• Manage subcontractor performance across planning, cost, quality, and progress.

• Handle outsourcing requirements, settlement, and payment procedures.

• Build and maintain a qualified subcontractor pool and identify new potential partners.

• Organize training and evaluate subcontractor skills and qualifications.

• Develop and update a comprehensive local outsourcing cost database.

• Fulfill tasks assigned by the direct manager and share knowledge with the team.

• Comply with internal company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 1?2 years of experience in telecom outsourcing; experience with major telecom operators is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
